KINDERMUSIK W/ OSS STUDIO POLICY
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
"I understand that by submitting this Enrollment I am giving permission to submit my credit card information for a one time payment for Summer Classes to: Ocean Strings LLC via Member Space using the autodraft system: Stripe.
If I should decide to remain a member of Kindermusik w/ OSS for the regular season I understand that I will need to agree to securely storing my credit card information for future automatic invoicing via Member Space and Stripe on the First of the month, each month I am enrolled in Kindermusik Classes.
KINDERMUSIK ONLINE MATERIALS: Kindermusik believes in the philosophy that YOU are your child’s first teacher! Therefore, the greatest value to our classes is when parents integrate consistent daily/weekly SINGING with the Kindermusik Online Steaming Music and Materials! We highly encourage you to access our eco-friendly digital Kindermusik Online materials via our Kindermusik APP (Downloadable via Apple or Google Play) for use with students at home, on the road and anytime between group classes! Access to the unit(s) will be setup after enrollment.
Please note: Payment plans must be up to date in order to receive Kindermusik Online units being considered in class time.
MISSED CLASSES: All primary class spots are reserved so there are no refunds or makeups for group classes missed. However, there are extra events each season as part of BONUS membership events: Storytimes, Craft Times, Dance Parties, Parenting Meetups and/or Playdates etc.,All membership perks, if missed, are not transferable. If a class needs to be missed due to sickness or an unexpected event- please notify the studio via phone, email or text message (Remind).
WITHDRAWAL: Due to many class considerations, we ask for a minimum of 3 months enrollment in our regular class season (September-May) before a withdrawal request. Withdrawal from classes due to family emergency, chronic illness or for another unforeseen reason may be requested on the part of the student/ family or the teacher and handled on a case by case basis. A withdrawal form may be filled to end/terminate enrollment in Kindermusik classes a minimum of three weeks before the first of the month of withdrawal. This will allow sufficient time to discontinue automatic payments as well as to ensure new class enrollments. Thank you so much for your consideration in this!"
